Sidebars do not appear on player bio pages

This is a great question that has been asked and answered, in fact, the man page for the templates covers it. The man page says, in part:

The next problem is that the single player page doesn’t look right in a given theme. The single-player.php template was built and tested on the WP Twenty Eleven theme, but there’s no reason it will “fit” your theme. Some of the settings available in the plugin’s display settings page may help (like photo size), but you may need to edit the styles in mstw-tr-styles.css and/or the template to get the single player content to fit nicely within your theme’s ‘wrapper’.

As it says on that page, this is just life in the world of WordPress. You may have to tailor the plugin templates to display properly in, and have all the elements of, your theme. I will always help you the best I can.
