Hi. Still learning.
I assume the way MSTW works is that I make posts and put in the shortcodes of the information that I want to display.
I have many leagues and teams but I wanted to make sure they were working before putting in all the data.
So I have a league with slug uil-16-5a-dii-football. I used the update team records to put in win/loss totals.
I made a post and put the shortcode: [mstw-league_standings league=uil-16-5a-dii-football season=2021]
All that is displayed in the post is “There has been a critical error on this website.”
The same thing happens with league schedule shortcodes and team schedule short codes. I have not gotten any MSTW shortcodes to work. All my regular posts work.
One strange thing I noticed after looking through the forums was, If I check the Auto-fill standings box in the settings and click “save changes” it always unchecks.
I have wp version 5.8.1 and php version 7.3.12
Any help will be welcomed.

1. What version of MSTW League Manager and MSTW League Manager Add-ons plugins are installed (and activated)?

2. Turn on WP Debugging. (You can google it.) What do you see in thedebug.log?From there we will know if there’s an error in League Manager or somewhere else on the site. And it should be easy enough to fix.
As far as the checkbox “unchecking itself”, I seem to recall a forum post about this long ago, but I don’t recall the issue. I can tell you it doesn’t happen on either of my development boxes. (2.7 and the soon to be released 2.8).

OK. My fault. I did not set a category for my post. Now the post is displaying. The colors and logos are not coming through yet. but at least the data is there.
