Thanks for the post. Okay, I’m not quite sure I understand. You had a plugin named ‘Players’ but you can’t get rid of it, and it either does or does not appear in your list of installed plugins? You can manually delete a plugin by logging into your FTP site and deleting the plugins entire directory. Then you can delete the plugin’s data table by logging in with phpMyAdmin. You can find tutorials on how to do both these tasks all over the web via a Google search.
As far as the redirects, one other user has reported this problem, and I can’t figure out what’s up. I would start by trying the following:
a. Change your theme to Twenty Twelve (which I what I’m developing on at the moment) Do you still see the redirect problem? If so,
b. Deactivate ALL other plugins, including any other MSTW plugins you might have installed. Do you still see the redirect problem? If not, you can re-activate the plugins one at a time and identify where the conflict is.
