That’s a GREAT question. In fact, that’s exactly the reason that the plugin is designed the way it is (which may seem a little clunky at first).

First create your coaches. Let’s say Bill Walsh and Sam Wyche. Second create your staffs. Let’s say we have two staffs the 49ers and the Bengals. So far, we have nothing you can display. Now for the cool part. Link the coaches a staffs together by creating staff positions. So maybe we create staff positions of Head Coach (HC), Offensive Coordinator (OC), and Quarterbacks Coach (QBC). We can make Bill Walsh the HC of the 49ers, the OC of the 49ers, and the OC of the Bengals. We can make Sam Wyche the HC of the Bengals and the QBC of the Bengals.
