I’ve been having an issue with the schedule slider on my website when the LM add-ons plugin is activated. Without the add-ons activated, the schedule slider behaves properly. However, when the LM add-ons are activated on my site, the schedule slider shows up more as a list. As soon as I de-activate the LM add-ons plugin, the slider once again shows up correctly.
September 11, 2022 at 8:03 pm #6914I have not seen this. Everything looks fine on dev.shoalsummitsolutions.com, where both are running. First question: what version of MSTW LM and MSTW LMAO are you running? You want to make sure the versions match.
Let me know.
-MarkSeptember 11, 2022 at 8:18 pm #6916It appears that the MSTW League Manager is version 2.10, and the Add Ons are version 2.8. How can I get the updated add-on version?
September 11, 2022 at 9:08 pm #6920This could be a source of many issues. You have to be on the same version. You can get the MSTW League Manager Add-ons on shoalsummitsolutions.com -> Store -> All My Downloads.

1. Did you perchance create any custom CSS rules for your sliders?
2. Exactly what shortcode incantation are you using?
If the problem is not #1 above it is likely that either the theme or another plugin are creating issues with the CSS rules. (No one’s at fault, it happens.) The easiest way for me to determine what’s up is to inspect the site. Can you give me a link to a site with the problem (LMAO activated)? Without that, I can’t dig very deep.
BTW, it looks pretty good on my box https://dev.shoalsummitsolutions.com/lm-sliders-tickers/

September 14, 2022 at 4:38 pm #6927I have not created any CSS custom rules.
Here is the shortcode I am currently using: [mstw_league_schedule_slider league=maryland-high-school-football season=2022 location_format=stadium_city_state name_format= name_mascot games_to_show=5 first_dtg="2022-09-15 00:00" last_dtg="2022-09-20 00:00"]
Here’s the link to the site: website
September 14, 2022 at 6:18 pm #6928Looks like I was able to fix the situation. There was a “Page Optimize” plugin that optimizes CSS for quicker loading, and when I deactivated that plugin, the schedule slider now displays correctly. Thank you for all your help on this issue.
September 14, 2022 at 7:51 pm #6931Great. Yup. I’d bet the ‘page optimizer’ messes with the server’s caching. It can mess with both CSS and the JavaScripts being loaded. BTW, every browser has a way to load a page without caching (Ctrl-Shift-R in Chrome).
