Sorry I am just now getting back to this. Yes, it works quite well for the slider. You put in the shortcode for the slider three times, with different numbers of games to show for each instance — desktop, tablet or phone — then you wrap each slider shortcode with the appropriate shortcode for the WP Mobile Detect. Works like a charm. The documentation for WP Mobile Detect is quite good and it’s really easy to set up.
