    1. What version of MSTW League Manager and MSTW League Manager Add-ons plugins are installed (and activated)?

    2. Turn on WP Debugging. (You can google it.) What do you see in the debug.log?

    From there we will know if there’s an error in League Manager or somewhere else on the site. And it should be easy enough to fix.

    As far as the checkbox “unchecking itself”, I seem to recall a forum post about this long ago, but I don’t recall the issue. I can tell you it doesn’t happen on either of my development boxes. (2.7 and the soon to be released 2.8).
